Here is an NOS 1964 Mopar Carter AFB 4 barrel choke pull off. PN 2448990.

Info I've read indicates it fits all 1964 models except for long ram system.

Carb List #'s that use this pull-off are 3611S, 3612S, 3613S, 3614S, 3615S, and 3644S.
