After you weigh it in, close the red valve at the engine, then slowly let any freon in the red hose into the blue hose, and back into the system. Then you won't lose the high pressure freon, and your weights won't be off
Not understanding the above, gauge instructions say to never open high side during charge, Freon is sucked in low side?
I agree this is a money grab, this “new” crap is $50/can compared to $10 for the R134.
From what I read a lot of people purge the new stuff and fill system with R134.
Servicing the “new” system is $500 or more compared to $200.
