They don't want to buy the specific ones as they can't be used on everything is likely what the deal is.


Not disagreeing with you in any way but looking atthe chart, which sealer is one supposed to use when oil and anitfreeze are present. Think SB (as well as many others) Timing cover, Intake coolant passages etc.
Only ones I see that might work per the chart is the 90 or One minute sealers shruggy beer


They grey one on the very far left is for exposure to antifreeze. They also sell it in smaller tubes that are sized just right to do those types of 1 time jobs. I've used it and it does work. They also have one for differential gear oil that is great also.
