Front hoses, porp valve, MC, Pushrod adj.

#1 unlikely both woulld go bad at the same time BUT????
#2 Unlikely as opening the bleeders is not pushing fluid
#3 Most likely culprit but again not pushing fluid out
#4 possible you are on the ragged edge with the adjustment.

I would suggest the following:
Count the number of stops until the condition appears. A gradual buildup of pressure is usually related to #4
Drive the car and repeat the above.
If the condition is repetitive drive it again and as soon as the condition appears Crack the front brake line open at the MC (with a rag under it) and close as soon as the pressure is bled off.
One could also return to the garage and get the front wheel off the ground ASAP to see how much drag is on them. release pressure at the bleeders first and work back towards the master. May have to repeat more than once.
If it is between the calipers and master releasing One bleeder should free both sides. IME #4 is usually the culprit especially if both fronts are dragging wink
