Upper is the same. Lower is the same casting with 9/16" bolt holes instead of 1/2". All you need to do is drill the holes out.

That is assuming you are using the '69 ('65-72) Kelsey-Hayes disc brakes.

Also good point , if switching to the 73 up large bolt pattern discs the lower is also a different part .
