Many years ago going thru the trans in my street car. Assembling the pump when my wife calls me in for lunch. I decide to leave all but one of the bolts holding the reaction support in just a few threads. That way I will see them when I come back out and tighten them. Car backed out of the garage about 20 feet. Then it wouldn't move. Leason learned.

Yep always happens when you walk away DVW. Whatever I am working on gets finished before I walk away. Phone is another bad one. I let it ring and call whoever back.
I tell guys helping me on car, if the garage catches on fire, you finish tightening up whatever you are working on, THEN run out of the garage lol.
It almost got me years ago with wheels that were not tightened up.
