There are a few things that differ in condition from my 17,000-mile '69 RR:
Dart's engine & compartment are a lot nicer - no chips, stains, mostly nicer-than-factory finishes.
Steering wheel woodgrain much more worn than mine is.
Yes, the "DODGE" trunk lid nameplate is missing, but not necessarily definitive of mileage.
The silver being rubbed - or polished - off the headlamp bezels where they meet the grille.
Could be my monitor, but that color seems brighter and a bit darker than the Y2 on my car.
I can't recall - 45 years later - if my '69 Swinger (318 WSS car) had rubber or carpet - but haven't heard of it being reproduced.

It could well be an older restoration with careful care but added mileage...and now with dealership pricing.
