I'd bet that isn't a real Road Runner but a Satellite Sebring Plus.
The seller describes it as a 72 Plymouth Satellite Roadrunner. It's either one or the other, this is the seller's way out of being accused of not describing the car accurately.
The hood. That's a Satellite hood with the scoop mounted to it.
The fender-mounted turn signals. Those would have been mounted on the fenders if the car was originally built with an Air Grabber hood. If the car was built with a standard Road Runner hood, those turn signals would have been on the hood, behind the indents.
The grille. Already mentioned above. This car has a Satellite grille.
It's a mess.
