He was pi$$ed about getting blocked on the Copart/IAA deal by the racers speaking up to the Pines Commission...that's why he wouldn't sell to another racer. He was determined to sell the track to not be a track to spite everyone. New Jersey's Gary Chimeri...for the Long Islanders.


That is sad. Seen other people saying he wasn't liked by many of the racers so I wouldn't doubt it a bit.

I only ran at ATCO 3 or 4 times over the years but Dave Milcarek took the awesome sunset picture of my car launching at ATCO that I have in my sig.
