I installed an OBD port tracker in my Mom's Toyota when we thought she was going to start driving again

It doesn't simply track your car, it also monitors vehicle maintenance, detects crashes, and tracks how you're driving (speed, braking, accelerating). It also saves a history of where you've driven. How would you do that on something vintage when its getting the info from the port?
