just a couple of things.
the reason i think these are 4-wheeler parts, is there is a license tag holder [new, in the bag, but no part number on the bag] the size one [or possibly a motorcycle or scooter] would have, and the storage building owner these parts came from said there was a 4-wheeler there at one time.
Are you sure these are not Honda automobile parts? What color is the print for the part number and packaging? If it's blue it's for the auto parts, and red for motorcycles/ATV.
Usually the part number prefix numbers identify the category or segment and when I did a search for the first part number you listed it came up with an automotive part.
Genuine Honda 38370-SA5-671 Power Window Control Unit Unless you know of an ATV with power windows I'm guessing these are Honda auto parts?
