That's fairly tough plastic. Spirits won't hurt it, if it's enamel paint.
Forget blasting it; will wreck the finish.
Lacquer thinner may work, but check a small area first.
I wouldn't use acetone or such, may attack it.
Just wipe some solvent in a small area, if the plastic softens or smears,
you know it's wrong type.
