I bought a 67 Plymouth Satellite wagon parts car that had a 3 on the tree.
I also bought a 68 Dodge pickup that was a 318, with a 3 on the tree, that one was pretty strange, most trucks that got the 3 on three on the tree were slant 6 trucks, most V8s got the granny gear 4 speed.

I also bought a 75 (or 76) 4 door Valent with a 3 on the tree. The only option the car had was a 3:23 Sure grip 7 1/4 rear end. The guy (one owner that blew up the slant 6). He special ordered it as his fishing car, seemed the one he had before it couldn't pull the boat out of the river at boat landing he used, was always spinning the tires. The car had the small bolt pattern drum brake wheels all around. Plymouth must have pulled the parts out of the back room storage to built that one, this was the time Chrysler was experiencing their late 70s financial problems.
