Tying to determine what power level the rods can handle is hard to quantify since there are so many factors that come into play. Piston weight, RPM level, NOS spraying, and Boost all play into what a rod can handle.

I am confident that even with the nastiest high horsepower normally aspirated engine one can build you'll never see a Molnar rod fail. They also have a series of rods called, Power Adder they are built specifically for boosted and nitrous applications.

Tom Molnar started his career 41-years ago at Oliver Rods, then went to work for K-1 Technologies for many years, and then finally starting his own company over a decade ago. He has more experience than almost anyone in the rod business and provides a very high quality product at a very reasonable price.
