From what I've read, anything after '68 is different than '68 and older. In other words, anything '69 and newer are different.


For a 68 the hole is in the side of the ignition switch not the bezel. Here's a ic of the tumbler, you can see the brass button that needs to be pushed in

Here's the switch, you can see the rectangular hole in the threaded portion that allows access to the button in the tumbler. You will have to disconnect the wiring connector and unscrew the nut to pull the switch first.
