I use a B&M stacked plate cooler in front of the radiator. I street drive and have hot lapped before and never see over 185 in the pan. I have seen 200 in the pan once and that was during a long 2 hour traffic crawl, in that case I think the only fluid in the car that wasn't 200* was the gear oil in the Dana.
