Just came across a Virginia law from 1991 that says my scoop is illegal (too high). The way the law is written, even a stock T/A scoop probably wouldn't pass. If I "interpret" the law to how I think it was intended to apply, the T/A would pass... but the Drag Pak-ified scoop on my car now is still about 3/4" too high.
