I was able to get back to where I was by going through the contact, chat bs, and then having them call. Fortunately I got one that could speak good English She had some trouble comprehending what I was trying to explain but with a bit of effort we got there WOO HOO
maybe later I'll try to get ALL the way back but this is HUGE inporvement over this AM
