I had a customer who put together a 493, and the preferred manifold was a Holley SD.
Unfortunately, after a 6-7 month wait and still no manifold....... he ended up having to make an alternative choice.

Currently, Summit doesn’t show availability until November, however...... the Holley site shows it as being “in stock”.

Personally, for the hood clearance situation alone I’d probably give the SD the nod over the RPM for this application.
Provided it’s actually available.
