Depends on the heads. The Trick Flow heads do not need (or want) a big cam when used on the street. I have a 239/245 hyd roller in my 496 with the TF240 heads and the cam is a few degrees too big for comfortable street use. Engine made 600/600 on the dyno and pulls hard in the car. I'd prefer a slightly less lumpy idle and better drivability at low speeds so I wish I would've gone two degrees smaller on the cam.
