Yeah the saw mill I contracted with was concerned about that. There isn't anyway to know for sure if a tree has a nail in it but I've lived here for more than 20 years and I've never driven a nail into any of the trees. Hopefully there isn't any metal in any of the trees since that can blow up a saw blade at the mill.
