The server is near a spammer in IP addresses ,
So the whole block of IP addresses are blocked by most mail servers
And trying to get it unblocked has not worked , Because the big mail servers like Google, Yahoo and Apple just don't care

So if your notifications or other mail with the board is not working , You now know why
