Hard to tell what this wheel is. It was sitting for 32 year and I pulled it off a 1968 car. I'm thinking it's probably '3580, which would make it possily early 1972-74 rim and the remaining numbers never got printed by mistake.
3580-055 = 73 A/B 14 x 5.5
3580-060 = 72-74 B 14 x 6
3580-063 = 72-73 B/C 15 x 6 [hd]
3580-064 = [unknown year and application] 15 x 6.5
here are a few numbers [4 1/2" bolt pattern] from my old white book.
don't know if this helps any or not. may give you something to ponder though.
