Thanks to all, it ended up being the solenoid for cylinder 1 that was bad. It was all covered under warranty, including the diagnostic fee.
I have lifetime max care on 2 of my vehicles. Co worker says I'm crazy for taking the vehicle to the dealer for brakes since other shops can do it cheaper. While that is true, they try to make sure any issues that the warranty will cover are covered.Corrosion issues are not covered, and in Michigan that is an issue. They worked around it a few times. Pay a little more for maintenance, but when it comes to expensive repairs, the max care pays off.
