My Lennox unit crapped out the day before leaving for Carlisle. I called the original installer (1994) and they were not available so I called a Mopar friend who works in the industry. He checked it and it was totally out of freon! R22 unit and said that the Gubmint rules state that if it is 25% or less then they cannot refill it, so a new unit was installed when I was at the show. $3800 later for a 2 ton unit and everything is fine... up BTW, R22 is $200/lb now! eek
