I put a vintage air setup on a 1970 Cuda.with non air dash
and IMO the biggest detrement was the no upper center vents. All the air was to low and would frost your lower extremities before your upper body felt cool .
if I ever do another one, I will use a factory air dash

I hear ya, And this is the primary reason I just bought the car I have . Its a 2nd car to take some of the driving duties off the Hemi Satellite. In a little more comfortable manner.
Wife and I took the satellite to our local cars and coffee Saturday morning. And her response when we got home was,,,
,I aint getting back in this car until October
