It might be worth it for someone to try it again since the Drag and Drive scene has exploded and can sell out multiple events per year.
I am not sure how good I would feel about parading a trillion horsepower of cars around in California knowing that 98% could maybe have emissions violations. That guy with a 2017 Mustang hat has a 98MM turbo and a 18" long 5" exhaust sticking out of the fender would likely do life in prison over there. I used to go in and out of California with a deleted diesel pickup and that was always in the back of my mind.
