For me, the turbo action shifter is the way to go. Its smooth and the reverse lockout is simple and effective. I know other members have had issues with the 1-2 detent in the trans not being enough to keep it in 1st gear on a launch, I haven't had that problem yet. But my junk is slow and has only been 1.41 to the 60ft.
