Actually that's a late 1969 or 1969-1/2 A12 style K-frame that would soon become the 1970 K-frame. The shape of the openings had to change from the '68/'69 K-frame to accommodate the front sway bar on the '70 to go through the K-frame instead of in front of it. If you look at this K-frame where the '70 sway bar pivot/bushings are to be mounted you'll see the mounting holes are not drilled through. The holes are there in the bottom half but not through on the top half of this '69-1/2 K-frame. I shouldn't say this out loud but this is one of the "tell tales" of a correct A12 car. I know this because I did the text and that's a photo I took of my spare late '69 K-frame.

Here's a late '69 383 RR that I owned with the '69-1/2 - '70 to be K-frame with the '70 sway bar opening and drilled on the bottom half but not all the way through yet.
