Hi All,
When installed, it causes starting the engine in reverse and drive, but not neutral. When I place the original shifter plate, you can only start the engine in park and neutral.
Trying to understand for clarification,
Is the gear indicator off or are you saying that it actually cranks/starts in reverse and drive?
If it's cranking/starting in reverse or drive that woulds be a neutral safety switch issue which in in the transmission.
If it's that the gear indicator is off a gear that would be a shifter indicator issue.
