I'm converting my cuda from power to manual steering. I was looking into one of the u joint style couplers to replace the factory coupler to help tighten up the steering and to gain header clearance. Do they make any of the u joint style couplers that don't require the factory steering shaft to be cut? I know some people don't like the idea of these since they don't allow any movement in the steering to compensate for body flex, but I've read many reviews from people that have these installed that have said that they don't have any issues. Also, if I was to install one of these, is the power to manual adapter still needed?
