We had upper 50s on Wed, and got 1/4" of freezing rain and ice New Years Eve and 6" of fresh snow New Years night through Sunday morning. Got down to -4 F last night and only got to about 15 all day today The sun was shining brightly today though. Fall to winter in 4 days.

There used to be a saying in our area, "If you don't like the weather, wait a day." It seems like it is applying to more of the country these days then just our little corner.

I would like to welcome all of you new weather fans to the Midwestern weather! Might as well enjoy it, cause there is nothing you can do about it. Gene
