All well and good, but I have found errors in the Salesman's books before, just as there are errors in Owner's Manuals. They were probably published to be available at the beginning of sales year, no? Probably don't have changes that occurred at production time.

That being said, here is the 1970 Belvedere pocket guide, from your website, which shows N42 N/A in CA.

My 1970 440-6 Roadrunner, a CA car has N42, N95, N96, N97.
