Sounds like someone beating on the car starter with the ignition key, is the motor running?
I would pull all the spark plugs now and see how black they are and see if they have oil on them
How old was the gas you use to break-in the cam?
Did you degree the cam or install it with the timing gear dots align?
Try another sound tests standing at the back of the car so we can hear the exhaust better
