Eh, I dunno...shrinking the pupil size lets less light in - hence the advisory to not drive at night - but there is something to pupil size and blurry vision. I've noticed that during checkups after last year's eye surgeries for a detached retina and cataracts, but in reverse: dilated = blurry. Learned a lot about eyesight: it's a very sensitive system, but not unlike how a camera works. I can't imagine eye drops can do anything for the shape and the bio-mechanics inside the eye.
