Bloom County, Outland, and Opus were all slightly different adaptations of the same strip/characters. Very funny.

Anyway, this is one of my all time favorite Far Sides...I had a framed version on the wall of the Minuteman III maintenance shop I worked in when I was in the service back in the early 90s.
Commander thought it was funny...
