in the past, i have sold parts and clicked the box that says "will ship worldwide", or something to that effect.
when the item sold, it shipped to a kentucky address, which it then was off to europe whenever a container was full. [or at least that's how i understood it]
it must have worked, because the european buyers were happy with the cost and speed [?] of the delivery.
