Still working on the 4.60-70 runs..but that was a 5.14 pass at 139 (1/8 mi)
Since the start of the season we've upgraded to a Neal Chance Bolt together converter, New Rear gear, 4.10 to 4.56, Bigger Fuel pump with pump sizer, Add two hat Nozzels(total 10), reconfigure nozzel sizes on both hat and primary circuts. Broken pump drive (the Key slot -top of the drive not the hex), New Mag base - replaced with a one piece shaft from mag to pump, Issue with breaking blower belts resulting in idler pulley bracket replacment, Cutting the Idler diameter to have a barrel profile and idler outboard support, rear shock upgrade, These things plus some systems management issues/decisions prevented achieving teh goal of mif 4's. But we found the direction and with the planned updates should there releitvly quick next year, thast the painful part...next year.
Winter up grades to include new set of front struts, check out the engine - fresh set of rods. Clutches in the trans re cert/repalce of safety gear in need.
Just to make it go quicker...only in racing will you spend money to spend less time having fun.
