I don't know if 'sneak' is the right term. The seller corrected his mistake. Had the seller been more on top of it and the second invoice been sent first, it would have simply been a counteroffer. Yes, the seller screwed up but last I looked it's not a hanging offense. If the buyer still wants it at the second invoice terms, go for it. If not.......


Bottom line is: ebay cannot FORCE a seller to complete a sale (ship), nor a buyer (to pay), after a listing ends with a sale. Of course there are the "strikes" that go along with reneging on a sale.
