I can't help you with drawings, but I do have a lot of actual cross cut sections of Eagle, BGE 6.1 and pre eagle heads.....I'd be more then happy to share.

I was invited to work on a new Head project late last year, basically raising the "height" of the head from deck surface up , making the intake port more rectangle then square,(2X 2.4ish ) more material under the valve seat for high spring loads....and utilize 5.65-5.85 length valves., 6 & 7 MM stems ..(readily available GM/Ford SB nascar style valves) exhaust port is raised .25 . bolt on rocker pedestals,....... but trying to use stock rockers , oiling would be direct from the block passage and not from the groove(slot) under the head.. the one bad thing as it is right now, end user would have to buy head and manifold package, and height of the intake manifold is obnoxious.. Drag pack on steroids.
