I think the big differences were covered years ago in this thread and they haven't changed over time. Header choices, intake manifold options, bearing availability and crank choices are the big ones. Most of the other stuff doesn't matter much for the typical build. I've built a few of both and it seems like the RB engine goes together easier because more parts are available for it, but it is a little bigger and takes up a little more room.
