The market for that type of head for the g3 is too small. The amount of people who want a 1000hp na mopar small block or G3 is very small. Power adder makes it alot cheaper and less maintenance for 1000hp.

Yes, they are canted valve like a BBC. Everyone wants 1000hp NA till they realize the maintenance involved. Power adder is the way to go now. High Hp and very little maintenance. I have a customer with a 1500 hp single turbo BB Mopar that he's been running for 3years. When I freshen it it looks like new inside. Thats what you want. Not some Peaky high rpm motor that has a power band like a 125cc dirt bike! Those are purpose built class engines.
