If the top land isn't collapsed, skirts aren't collapsed or scored, nor the pin bosses, the top damage may just be cosmetic and easily cleaned-up with a little polishing. If it's a TRW then expect the top ring land to be very thick and unlikely damaged.

Which engine? 440, 400, 426W, 383?




Those were my thoughts last night after looking at that picture. The TRW and Sealed Power piston kinda looked the same. I had several sets that I ran back in the early 1980’s and easily sold them on Moparts 10 years or so ago. Heavy and almost indestructible.
