You just reminded me of a time using the library computers about 25 years ago, they were all set up as work stations with the computer towers lined up below, one to your left and one to your right etc. Well the computer I was using was a laggy piece of crap as most computers were back then so I reached down to turn it off and do a hard re-boot but shut the guys computer off sitting next to me. To this day I don't think I've been given a more mean and nasty look, thought the guy was gonna kill me. SUPER awkward 5 minutes while they both booted back up.
