The valves for the -13’s are moved closer to the bore center, and the valves are farther apart(-13’s will accept a 2.35/1.88 valve combo).

You should look up the part numbers for the Jesel mounting plate...... that might give a clue as to how similar that rocker system is....... or isn’t.
