Looking for the correct color for the headliner on a 69 Charger

w C6W interior.

I belive the the correct color of headliner is white, not black like in some Plymouths..

What i dont understand is when a "off white 200" headliner is used instead of a bright "white" headliner..

Any advice on what is correct ?
