I swore up and down that I would not build my own set of headers, but somehow members here talked me into it... These are the headers for my 563ci INDY block build with 440-1 345CNC heads. I could have just bought a set of TTi headers, and called it a day, but I wanted a set in Stainless steel, as I hope these are the last set of headers I'll ever need. I started out buying flanges from Brian Smith. I did a Google search one day for flanges, and a old Moparts post showed Brains flanges, and I knew that is what I was looking for. Tubing came from Stainless Headers here in Minnesota. Primary tubes are 2-1/8" stepped up to 2-1/4" and go into a 4" collector. I started out on the passenger side, as I thought it would be the easiest, and it was. I used my 2" Hooker 5209 headers as a template, and dug into the project. Overall I have about 50-60 hours on this project.
