I would have your block sonic tested to see how thick both the thrust surfaces are, if they are all .180 or thicker and at least .120 thick after boring on the front and back sides of all cylinder walls you could think about boring it to 4.320, which is the standard 440 bore size work scope twocents
What year was your block cast in? Is it a street wedge casting or or is it a 1964 M.W. casting used in a 1964 or early 1965 street car build with the smaller heads and oil pan pickup? scope
As far as compression ratio and iron heads I would not put more than 9.5 to 1 compression ratio in it max twocents Pump gas is not going to get better, is it work
