Methyl Methacrylate
JB Weld makes one it's and A+B affair thick bodied. Fillet open the back of cracks as the material fills and welds. when done detail grind, sand and paint.
I've test glued and cut the bond and found it actually melds with the base material much like metal welding.
As above stop drill flat plastic parts like consoles it the crack stops within the piece.
