Not on this truck. I pulled parts from another 79 truck that had a melted ammeter and seen a 78 with the same issue as well. Dodge didn't completely change the harness and fuse block until 1981 on the trucks from what I understand where they switched from the glass fuses to the blade style and change the fuse block location as well.
